Bhoomi RTC Mutation Status Village wise check

The transfer of ownership whether the property is sold or transferred as a result of inheritance is called Mutation. Karnataka’s RTC Bhoomi online portal is quite helpful in tracking the status of mutation details and updates.

• To check status online, please click https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in .
• After clicking the above link, go to the RTC Services section and select the View RTC and MR option.

• When you land on mutation services page, select your District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, Survey No., Surnoc No., and Hissa No., please click the Fetch Details button.

• After clicking the fetch details button, the screen will show status data, showing if it is accepted or not, along with remarks.

• To check history, please visit https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in .
• When you land on the official portal after clicking the above link, go to report services section and select Bhoomi RTC mutation history option.

• When you reach Bhoomi RTC mutation history page, select your district, taluk, hobli, village, and survey no., the hit the get report button.

• After clicking the get report button, mutation history data will appear on your screen including detailed graphical report.
